§ 15-34. Unlawful speeding.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle on any of the streets, alleys, driveways, parking lots or other school properties administered by the county board of education in excess of 15 miles per hour.

(b)

The county board of education shall prepare and post signs indicating that the maximum speed limits on the streets, alleys, driveways, parking lots and other school properties shall be 15 miles per hour.
