§ 15-35. Other rules of operation.

The provisions of Part Ten entitled "Operation of Vehicles and Rules of the Road," Part 11 entitled "Pedestrians' Rights and Duties," and Part 11-A entitled "Blind Pedestrians" as set forth in G.S. ch. 20, except as they may be in conflict with section 15-34, shall be applicable to the operation of vehicles and the rights and duties of pedestrians on the streets, alleys, driveways, parking lots and other school properties administered by the county board of education.
