§ 15-33. Violations.

(a)

Violations of this article or any portion thereof shall be a misdemeanor punishable as provided by section 1-6 of this Code.

(b)

In addition, parking violations in areas clearly marked will subject the vehicle to be towed away and stored at the owner's expense and the owner, as a condition of regaining possession of his vehicle, shall be required to pay to the county all reasonable costs incidental to the removal and storage of the vehicle and any fine or penalty due for such violation.
