§ 14-52. Disposal fees.

Latest version.

All solid wastes disposed of in the landfill or transfer station, except tires, will be weighed upon entering the disposal or transfer site and a disposal fee will be charged based on weight to cover the cost of disposal. The amount of the disposal fee will be in accordance with the current schedule of fees adopted by CRSWMA.
