§ 14-53. Payment of disposal fee.

Regular billings will be accomplished in a manner as authorized by the board of commissioners. Interest in the amount of one percent per month will be added to any unpaid balances. Additional credit will be withheld on delinquent accounts as directed by CRSWMA. A fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) will be charged for returned checks.
