§ 14-51. Generally.

The cost of providing solid waste services in the county may be recovered by disposal fees, availability, user fees and collection fees. These fees are intended to recoup the cost of operating solid waste and/or recycling collection, services and disposal or processing facilities. Fees will be in accordance with the current schedule of fees adopted by CRSWMA. As provided by state law, fees can only be utilized for the specific purpose for which they were collected.
