§ 6-2. Lot Size.

The minimum lot size shall comply with the Land Use classification of the area as listed in the Carteret County CAMA Land Use Plan, in addition to meeting the minimum required lot width of eighty (80) feet (see lot area definition).
6-2.1.

Limited Transition— Densities shall average three (3) units per acre with a minimum lot size of 10,000 square feet, with the majority of lots having 15,000 square feet or more.

6-2.2.

Rural —Densities shall average two (2) units per acre with a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet.

6-2.3.

Community —Densities shall average two (2) units per acre with a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet.

6-2.4.

Rural with Services —Densities shall average two (2) units per acre, with a minimum lot size of 15,000 square feet.
