§ 8-48. Alterations to an approved preliminary or final plan.

  • Changes to approved plans and conditions of development require planning commission approval. However, minor changes (as determined by the planning director) in the detail of the approved plan that:

    a.

    Will not alter the basic relationship of the proposed development to adjacent property,

    b.

    Will not alter the uses permitted or increase the density of development, and

    c.

    Will not decrease the off-street parking ratio or reduce the yards provided at the boundary of the site may be approved by the planning director without going through the plan amendment process. The planning director, at his (her) discretion, may elect not to allow any proposal as a minor change and will, in that event, forward the detailed application for changes to the planning commission for its consideration.
