§ 6-3. Annual report.

A report of the fire marshal's office shall be made annually and transmitted to the board of county commissioners. It shall contain all proceedings under this chapter, with such statistics as the fire marshal includes therein. The fire marshal shall also recommend any amendments to the county fire prevention ordinances as needed.
