§ 6-1. Office established.

Latest version.

The current edition of the North Carolina Fire Prevention Code with appendices and the current State Administrative Code for the enforcement of the State Building Code are hereby adopted by the county and shall be enforced by the office of the fire marshal which is hereby established, and which shall be operated under the supervision of the county emergency services director.
