§ 14-26. Landfill.

The landfill consists of the landfill and/or designated demolition landfill, tire disposal site, yard waste disposal site and/or transfer station. Solid waste shall be disposed of in the landfill, demolition landfill or transfer station in accordance with this chapter or as authorized by the solid waste director, and by the state division of solid waste.
