§ 14-23. Solid waste disposal methods.

Latest version.

No person shall dispose of any solid waste in the county except by one of the following methods, provided that this section shall not be construed so as to prevent any person from properly disposing of items as may be permitted by this chapter or state or federal regulations.
(1)

Approved landfill.

(2)

Approved demolition landfill.

(3)

Solid waste and recycling container site.

(4)

Approved transfer station.

(5)

Approved solid waste incinerator.

(6)

Approved recycling operations.

(7)

Approved C&D recycling site.
