§ 13-7. Permit.

In order to obtain a sign permit, the proposed sign must be in compliance with the requirements of this chapter. For a billboard, the permit application must be signed by the landlord and must specify the length of time and specific company/individual to whom permission is granted to for the placement of a billboard. A sign permit shall become null and void unless construction is completed within 180 days of the issuance of the permit.
