§ 10-29. Civil remedies.

This article may be enforced, in addition to the criminal penalties herein provided, by injunction or order of abatement entered by a judge of the appropriate general court of justice having jurisdiction of the issue and the county may apply to the appropriate division of the general court of justice whenever a violation of this article occurs for a mandatory or prohibitory injunction and for an order of abatement commanding the defendant to correct the unlawful condition upon or cease the unlawful use of such property.
