§ 10-30. Location of movie screen restricted.

It shall be unlawful for an operator of a drive-in theater to establish, operate or maintain a theater screen in the vicinity of any public street or highway in such a manner that the surface of such screen upon which pictures are being projected is visible to any person operating a motor vehicle upon such street or highway.
