§ 16. Remedies.

In the event of a violation of this ordinance, the enforcement officer herein or any other appropriate authority of the county or any person who would be damaged by such violation, in addition to other remedies, may institute an action for injunction or mandamus, abatement or other appropriate action or proceeding to prevent such violation. In this regard, Carteret County shall have those remedies and authorities authorized and set forth by the NCGS.
