§ 15. Penalties for violation.

Latest version.

Any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished for each offense by a fine not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00) or by imprisonment not to exceed thirty (30) days. Each day such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
