§ 11. Legal Status Provisions.

A.

Validity. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this Appendix is for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Appendix. As the provisions of these Regulations are important to the safety of aircraft and the public, the Carteret County Board of Commissioners hereby declares that the separate sections, sentences, or clauses of this Appendix are important, irrespective of the invalidity of one or more sections.

B.

Effective Date. This Appendix shall be in full force and effect henceforth from the 9th day of April, 2001.

This Appendix was duly adopted by the Carteret County Board of Commissioners on the 9th day of April, 2001, with an effective date as set forth herein.
