§ 3. Permits or certificates for manufactured home placement and occupancy.

3.1.

Existing MH space: A MH shall not be occupied until all necessary permits have been secured.

3.2.

New or additional MH spaces: A MH shall not be occupied unless the MH park has been issued a valid certificate of occupancy. Each individual MH placed on the new or additional space must also have been issued a certificate of occupancy and any other required permits.
