§ 8-69. Certificate of occupancy required.

No units in the group housing project shall be transferred or rented until such time as a certificate of occupancy for the project has been issued by the county building inspector, nor shall any electric utility company provide electricity to the group housing project until a certificate of occupancy has been issued by the county building inspector or his designated representative authorizing the electrical utility company to provide electricity to the group housing project.
