§ 8-67. Timing of permit application.

Each application for a group housing project permit shall be filed with the county planning and development department a minimum of four weeks prior to the next regular meeting of the county planning commission. The applicant shall submit paper copies of the preliminary plan in sufficient number, as determined by the planning director or designee.
