§ 6-5. Codes adopted; designated official.

Latest version.

The current edition of the State Building Code, Volume V, Fire Prevention with appendices, and the current State Administrative Code for the enforcement of the State Building Code are hereby adopted as though fully set out within and shall be enforced jointly and severally by the chief building inspector and the fire marshal or their designated representatives.
