§ 2-53. Terms, compensation.

Upon the expiration of the original terms of office for the members of the harbor commission, each succeeding term shall be for two years. Vacancies in the commission shall be filled for the unexpired term by appointment of the board of county commissioners. The members shall serve without compensation.
