§ 2-1. Grantee's address prerequisite to recordation of documents.

The register of deeds for the county and the assistant and deputy register of deeds, and employees of the office of the register of deeds, shall not accept for registration any instrument affecting real property unless the grantee's or owner's permanent mailing address is affixed on the face thereof.
