§ 14-56. Annual household fees—Generally.

An annual disposal fee in accordance with the current schedule of fees adopted by the board of commissioners will be charged to each residential household in the county which does not have household waste collection service. Residential households within incorporated municipalities will not be billed for disposal fees if municipal or private collection services are servicing those properties. All residential households and improved commercial properties in the county, whether inside a municipality or not, may be charged an availability fee based upon optional use privileges at county solid waste convenience sites, in accordance with a current schedule of fees adopted by the board of commissioners.
