§ 14-33. Unsolicited publications.

  • It shall be illegal for any individual or organization to place on the property of any citizen or corporation in the county any unsolicited publication or advertisement, unless such publication or advertisement is placed in a mailbox or other appropriate receptacle. In addition to the general prohibition of this section, this section specifically prohibits the throwing of advertisements or publications into the yards or onto the porches of citizens and residents of the county without the express written consent of the property owners. Violation of this section shall subject the offender or offenders to the sanctions of section 14-5(c)(5) of this chapter.
