§ 14-21. Generally.

As a public service, the county board of commissioners has authorized the operation of a landfill, green box convenience sites and recycling sites to serve the citizens of the county. These sites shall be utilized in accordance with the terms and conditions of this chapter and in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
