§ 14-4. Enforcement.

The rules and regulations prescribed in this chapter shall be enforced by the county environmental officer, the landfill department and any other appropriate agencies having duties and responsibilities in the areas of health, solid waste disposal and law enforcement. These agencies are hereby empowered to issue citations upon a violation of this chapter.
