§ 14-2. Applicability.

This chapter shall govern the storage, collection, transportation and disposal of solid waste within the unincorporated area of the county and incorporated municipalities by agreement with the county. It shall be unlawful for any person to dispose of solid waste in a manner inconsistent with this chapter.
