§ 13-18. Penalties for violations.

Violations of provisions of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $50.00 or imprisonment for more than 30 days. Each violation of this chapter shall be a separate and distinct offense and shall be punished as such.
