Chapter 13.5. SOLAR ENERGY FACILITIES (SEF)

§ 13.5-1. Jurisdiction.

The regulations contained herein, as provided in G.S. 153A-320, shall govern land within Carteret County except those lands lying within the jurisdiction of any municipality, unless such municipality formally requests the county to enforce these regulations within the municipality's area of jurisdiction.
