§ 12-60. Limits posted.

There shall be posted, by signs not less than four feet by four feet, signs stating "NO WAKE FOR NEXT TWO MILES BETWEEN DAYBEACON 44 AND DAYBEACON 46B, VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED, CARTERET COUNTY ORDINANCE NUMBER - 100." Such signs shall be placed at least 100 feet to the north and south of the area wherein the wake of watercraft is restricted, and shall be placed in such a manner so as not to interfere with navigation along the Intracoastal Waterway.
