§ 12-59. Territorial application.

This article shall apply to the following described area:
Being on the Intracoastal Waterway in the general vicinity of Cedar Point, Carteret County, North Carolina, and beginning at Daybeacon 44, and running southwardly with the Intracoastal Waterway to Daybeacon 46B; such area to include all of the Intracoastal Waterway between the above referred beacons.
