§ 12-56. Purpose.

This article is adopted to preserve and protect the inland waterway and the lands, marshes, bulkheads, docks and property adjacent to the waterway and to protect those persons traveling upon the waterway from the wake of boats and other watercraft traveling upon the waterway.
