§ 12-36. Revocation of permit.

The county shall have the right to revoke a permit issued to an applicant for the permitted uses specified in this article if the county sheriff's department, the county shoreline protection officer or other officials designated by the county as the licensing agency find that the applicant to whom the license has been issued is in violation of this article or is engaging in activities within the permitted driving area and limited access ways which are not directly related to commercial fishing, sports fishing or surfing.
