§ 12-34. Application for permit.

An applicant for a commercial fishing, surfing or sports fishing permit under this article must possess a valid driver's license and must present the vehicle to be used in the permitted driving area for inspection and such vehicle must pass an equipment inspection and must comply with the safety standards as set forth herein.
