§ 12-29. Administration of article.

The county shoreline protection officer is hereby authorized to issue permits in accordance with this article. The county may designate in writing authority to one or more offices, agents or employees of the county to issue permits pursuant to this article. The county may designate in writing authority to one or more municipalities to issue permits pursuant to this article.
