§ 11-49. Rules and regulations of state board of health.

In addition to the requirements set out in this article, the county board of health shall adopt as its own those rules and regulations adopted by the state board of health, where the same may be applicable to this article, and such rules and regulations shall have the force and effect as if they were a part of this article.
