Chapter 11. OFFENSES AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS |
Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 11-1. Possession, consumption of alcoholic beverages in public.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, display or consume alcoholic beverages of any kind, including but not limited to, whiskey, liquor, beer, wine, or other alcoholic beverages while on any county property used as a park or recreational area located within the county.
(b)
Any person found guilty of violating this section shall be punished as provided by section 1-6 of this Code.
