§ 10-51. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Abandoned motor vehicle shall mean a motor vehicle which has been left on county property in violation of this article for longer than seven days.

Junked motor vehicle shall mean an abandoned motor vehicle that also is partially dismantled or wrecked or cannot be self-propelled or moved in a manner in which it was originally intended to move, or is more than five years old and worth less than $100.00, or does not display a current license plate.

Motor vehicles shall mean all machines designated or intended to travel over land by self propulsion or while attached to any self-propelled vehicle.
