§ 8-6. Appeals.

The Board of Adjustment/County Commissioners shall hear and decide appeals from and review any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the enforcement officer charged with the enforcement of this Ordinance. Any person or persons aggrieved by a decision or determination made by the enforcement officer, administrator, or the Carteret County Planning Commission may appeal the decision to the Board of Adjustment/County Commissioners within 30 days of the decision.
