§ 8-1. Administration.

The Planning Director or designee is hereby authorized, and it will be their duty, to administer and enforce the provisions of this Ordinance. Any appeal or variance for the Wind Energy Facility portion of this Ordinance shall be taken to the Board of County Commissioners. All other appeals and variances shall be taken to the Board of Adjustment.
