§ 1-3. Adoption.

The Carteret County Board of Commissioners on this 17th day of November, 2008 hereby adopts this Ordinance. The effective date of this regulation is December 1, 2008. There have been subsequent updatings, including a major rewrite that became effective January 13, 2014.
