§ 1-10. Applicability.

This Ordinance governs the development and use of all land and structures for communication towers, wind energy facilities, and similar very tall structures. No building, structure, or land shall be used, occupied or altered, and no building, structure, or part thereof shall be erected, constructed, reconstructed, moved, enlarged, or structurally altered, unless in conformity with all the provisions of this regulation and all other applicable regulations, except as otherwise provided by this Ordinance.
