§ 6-6. Planned Conservation Development Option.

When a tract of land is developed pursuant to Article IV, Section 4-18 of the Carteret County Subdivision Regulations, Planned Conservation Development option, the lot width, lot sizes, and setbacks as defined herein do not apply to the development.
