§ 3-1. Administration.

The Director and staff of the Carteret County Planning and Development Department are hereby authorized, and it will be their duty, to administer and enforce the provisions of this Appendix. More specifically, for the purposes of this Appendix, it will be the duty of the enforcement officer to enforce and administer the provisions of this Appendix. An appeal from a decision of the enforcement officer, administrator, or the Carteret County Planning Commission may be taken to the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
