§ 1-9. Conformance with Official Plans.

All development shall comply with the principles, goals and objectives of the Carteret County Land Use Plan, as amended from time to time and all other officially adopted plans and policies of the county. In addition, proposed subdivisions must comply with the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the County.
