It is not intended that this Appendix will in any way repeal, annul or interfere with the existing provisions of any law or Appendix except the Conservation Appendix. In addition it is not intended that this Appendix will in any way repeal, annul or interfere with any rules, regulations which were legally adopted or issued under previous Appendixs for the use or Appendix of Carteret County.
