§ 1-12. Exceptions to Applicability.

1-12.1.

All properties shall be subject to this Appendix except those properties which, as of the effective date of October 3, 2006, fit into one of the following categories:

(i.)

Have a valid building permit; or

(ii.)

Are included on an approved Preliminary subdivision plat (for lot size). This exemption will apply to lot configuration only.
