§ 1-11. Applicability.

This Appendix shall apply to all of the land located within the 'Down East' portion of Carteret County, North Carolina. The effective date of this regulation is October 3, 2006. This Appendix governs the development and use of all land and structures. No building, structure, or land shall be used, occupied or altered, and no building, structure, or part thereof shall be erected, constructed, reconstructed, moved, enlarged, or structurally altered, unless in conformity with all the provisions of this regulation and all other applicable regulations, except as otherwise provided by this Appendix.
